What's Next?

If you like what you have read so far, then here’s what to do next. It is vital that there is a good ‘fit’ from both parties point of view. Naturally you need to be comfortable with all the information we have provided you with to date and with us as a franchisor – after all we are about to enter a business relationship. Equally we need to be comfortable that you are making an informed and considered decision and we both need to feel confident that the store has every chance of succeeding. With this in mind:

  1. This information kit will hopefully have answered some of your questions, but equally may have raised some new ones. Feel free to call and discuss anything that you would like to.
  2. Complete the enclosed application form and return in to us. This will tell us more about you and allow us to provide you with detailed information specific to an opportunity including financial data and comparisons with other stores
  3. Arrange to discuss The Athlete’s Foot and franchising with some of our existing franchisees. You have been provided with a full list of all our stores – feel free to contact any franchisee and talk to them about their experiences.
Does our business sound right for you?

If after working through the steps outlined above you’d like to take the next step in the process then if we haven’t already, it is time to meet face to face and talk about the opportunities that might exist, examine more detailed and financial information and allow us both to obtain any extra information and make sure that there is a good ‘fit’.

Professional Advice

D
eciding to open a business is a very important decision and should only be taken after careful consideration and evaluation of all the available information. This process should include seeking professional advice in relation to your decision from people such as financial and business advisors, accountants and solicitors. You should also obtain and review a copy of the franchising code of conduct.
