Michael Cooper – Managing Director
Michael has been with The Athlete’s Foot since 1988, fulfilling a number of operational roles including management of store operations and the merchandising function. Michael was appointed Managing Director of The Athlete’s Foot in March 2002. Michael holds an MBA from Macquarie University.

Peter Rich – Property and Franchising Director
After various operational roles and then moving on to gain experience elsewhere, Peter rejoined the company in 1999. Peter has been involved in franchise recruitment and support, construction and property development. Peter was appointed Property and Franchising Director in 2010. Peter holds a degree in Human Movement Science and a Masters in Business and Commerce.

Geoff Webster – Sales and Merchandise Director
Geoff commenced with The Athlete’s Foot in November 2001, and is responsible for the Sales Performance and Operations of all stores within the group. Geoff was appointed Sales and Merchandise Director in February 2010. Geoff has a BA (UNSW), a Graduate Diploma in Elite Sports Coaching and an MBA from Macquarie University.

Alice Telford -Divisional Manager - Marketing
The newest member to the team, Alice has over 15 years’ experience is specialty retailing marketing and a strong background working with franchisees. Her areas of expertise and passion are for customer relationship management and digital marketing. Alice has a BA (VU) and was appointed to the position in August 2011.

Suresh Kumar -Divisional Manager - Finance
Commenced with The Athlete’s Foot in 2001. Suresh has extensive experience in excess of 20 years in multi-faceted organisations, specifically in areas of financial management, accounting and systems monitoring. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Rick Burke - Divisional Manager – Merchandise
One of the newer members to the team, Rick is responsible for the Buying and Merchandise for The Athlete’s Foot group. Rick has a strong background in retail buying from major sporting and lifestyle retailers across a number of areas, most recently in Sporting Equipment for The Rebel Group. Rick was appointed to Divisional Manager in March 2010.
